How long is the warranty for the products?
We provide 24 months or 2500 hours for the whole machine from the on-board time.
What is the typical delivery time?
Usually production time is 15-20 days after receiving the advance payment. For standard products, we may have stock available for immediate delivery.
How long does the battery last and how long to charge?
Continuous working time is around 4-6 hours depending on battery volume and operation. Charging takes about 5 hours with an intelligent charger that stops automatically when full.
What is the expected lifespan of the battery?
Our batteries follow DIN standards (German technology) and can operate for approximately 6 years under normal conditions.
Do you provide customized OEM or ODM products?
Yes, we can provide customized products per your request. Both OEM and ODM services are acceptable for non-standard equipment requirements.
Can we request a specific color for the machine?
Yes, we offer various colors including orange, red, white, green, and blue. You simply need to provide the RAL code for customization.
